Alex Tan

Founder / Partner

Alex founded 8PR in 2012 and has built the firm around trusted relationships, close client counsel and a deep understanding of the capital markets.

He has advised listed and non-listed companies across investor relations, financial and corporate communications, supporting leadership teams through ongoing market engagement, corporate developments and significant business milestones.

His experience combines strategic counsel with established relationships across investors, analysts, media and the wider business community.

Shirley Wong

Partner

Shirley brings more than 17 years of experience across investor relations and strategic communications, spanning both advisory and senior in-house roles.

She was previously Investor Relations Director at SGX Mainboard-listed SUTL Group and Head of Strategic Communications and Investor Relations at SGX Catalist-listed OUE Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she advised listed companies at both a Singapore boutique agency and an international communications consultancy.

Her experience spans investor relations, financial and transaction communications, corporate positioning, crisis and change communications, with regional exposure across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
